With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Associate Lead Writer to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.
At Larian our Leads are hands on, and are responsible not only for the team’s deliverables and development, but also to maintain and hone their own craft and contribute their own writing to the game. They course-correct their team, foster their talent, advocate for them when needed, and ensure that the writing they deliver meets the standards that our players expect. They are proactive - they look for solutions to problems - and are unafraid of engaging in creative discussions that will result in better work.
